1 . Workouts You Can Do At Home

This takes less than a minute to complete and can be done whenever you feel you have time throughout the day. Another good example is walking on the treadmill while brushing your teeth or waiting for water to boil instead of just sitting there doing nothing. These little tasks add up over time and help you get that workout in before heading out for errands or work each day.
