Experience wellness is a learning and training program run by educated and licensed counselor Samantha King. She is trained in Cognitive behavioural therapy, Gestalt therapy, Play therapy, Reality therapy, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, trauma and Growth Learning. She is a licensed Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina and also a certified Military Counselor. She is a member of Licensed Professional Counselor Association of North Carolina (LPCANC) . She has expertise skills and knowledge to incorporate experimental techniques in improving physical and mental wellness of a person.
Experience wellness is an awareness mission designed to engage the whole family in a wellness therapy by “learn by doing” process. Refined analysis of physical, environmental, emotional and social aspects is done to find out the reasons of obstacles in between the person and his optimum wellness. This wellness therapy focuses on holistic learning, growth and healing.
Here, a group of experiential learning patterns is to be followed under this therapy. These experiments are designed with safe, secure, structured and non judgmental situations where the person uses his intellect, awareness and immediate response skills to resolve the situation. The impact of past gets revealed in his actions in that immediate situation, that enables him to understand his own behavioural patterns, problem resolving skills and limitations to get the best of that situation.
By means of these safe experimental therapies, the person gets the opportunity to resolve his inner conflicts, modulate his behaviour as per the required situation, adjust in the environment of the situation and attain his maximum potential to reconstruct his life journey.
